Are you open to the general public?

Kingdom Nursery is a wholesale nursery only, we do not sell directly to the public. We are happy to refer you to one of our current Independent nurseries based in your area.

Can you deliver?

We run 2 Vehicles up to and down from the Central Coast to Coffs Harbour, and We also Service from the Hunter up the New England to Armidale.

Do you Freight?

We have a broad range of Specialty freight services to go further in the field, please contact the team at Kingdom to Discuss and see if we can get our stock to you.

Can I request a quote?

Yes, you can! Account holders are able to send their required list of plants, quantities and dates required through to our Sales team at sales@kingdomnursery.com

What does 'In Production' mean?

This means that the plant is currently out of stock and not available. Account-holders can request to be notified of when the stock will become available.

Do you have a warranty on your plants?

Unfortunately, we do not, but we are happy to swap or credit the stock. If it's not up to standard, please contact us on how we can help you.

Is there a minimum requirement for orders?

Yes, there is.
Pickups must be a minimum of $150 excluding GST in value.
Deliveries must be a minimum of $150 excluding GST in value.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Yes, you certainly can. We do prefer that all amendments and cancellations are done 24 hours prior to delivery but you are more than welcome to contact the team and see what can be worked out

Why did I not get items on my order?

Every effort will be made to provide your order in full. However, some lines may become unavailable before your order is picked up and packed for delivery. We will endeavour to let you know of any shortfalls or arrange alternatives where we can. We appreciate your patience.

How do I order large quantities?

If you are looking for quantities, contact the team and discuss with them on your order requirements.

Do you hold stock?

Yes, we can hold stock for you. Depending On the stock, we will only hold seedlings back for one week due to their short shelf life. Indoor and shrubs will be held for up to 14 days.

Do you set delivery times?

We do not, but we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I track my order?

Unfortunately you cannot, but you can definitely contact us for updates.
